We are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, our website will never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18. It is not our intention to offer products or services to minors.
Collection of Personal Information
When visiting our website, the IP address used to access our website may be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is purely used to analyze trends, administer our website, track users movement, and gather broad demographic information for internal use such as statistical assessments and website improvement. Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Other information may be collected as well, which is rather typical of most websites. For instance, the source that referred you to our website is generally known. Likewise, your duration on our website, and your destination when you leave our website can also be tracked. Other common data collected includes the type of operating system the computer you are using to access our website has. Similarly, the type of web browser is often noted. Again, this is common data collection, and helps ultimately produce a better end-user experience.
At times, you will be fully aware of information received, as you are the direct source providing it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Any information that you enter into our contact form is not retained on our server. It is simply used to send an email message to us.

Analytics

We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Any IP addresses that are collected are anonymized by replacing the last 3 digits with a zero. Purchase/Payment Information
We use PayPal for making purchases through our Site. When you make a purchase, you will be directed to the PayPal website and provide your payment information directly to PayPal. PayPal’s privacy policy applies to the information you provide on the PayPal website.
Who we share your data with
The data processors we use for our business operations who process your data under our control include:
– GetResponse.com for email delivery. Emails received from this service will include an unsubscribe link that will allow you to opt-out of receiving future emails.
– Google Analytics for monitoring traffic.
– Akismet anti-spam service for eliminating spam from our comment forms.
– Paypal for online purchases.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on freespiritchurch.org (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you sign up for a membership card, your information will be retained until you either cancel your membership or your membership card expires. Your name and physical address is used to mail you your card and your email address is used only to notify you of church updates. The information about your children is used to let you know of any programs we may develop that would be suitable for them.
What rights you have over your data
If you have applied for a membership card, or have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
